Q: How many different products do you offer?
A:
At present, we have three distinct product lines, with over 3,500 different items for your selection:
1. Premier Kites – we offer the industry’s best high-end stunt kites as well as entry-level kites, airtoys and yoyos.
2. Premier WindGarden – we offer the best garden spinners, glass decorative art, twisters, windsocks and feather banners.
3. Premier Accent Home & Garden – we offer the best dye sub printed flags with top stitching, bar none. Our Brilliance and appliqué selections are industry leaders.


Q: I’m your current store customer. How do I login to your shopping cart and order online?
A:
Please Register with your current information to acquire a password for our Shopping Cart. Once you are approved, you will be able to log in and place orders online.


Q: I’m a new customer. How do I apply for a customer number and password to login?
A:
Please fill out a Catalog Request to register as a New Customer of Premier Kites & Designs or Contact Us directly if you are confused. Be sure to provide us with all the information requested. If you register online we will call you directly to approve your account. A customer number will be issued to your first purchase order.


Q: I don’t have a store but want to purchase your products.
A:
Please visit our retail website at www.premierkites.com to view our products and find out where to find a local or online dealer.


Q: How do I know that my emailed order is received by you and processed?
A:
We will email an acknowledgment as soon as your purchase order is received. Our carriers UPS or Fedex or DHL will let you know when the order is being shipped. We try our best to ship within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.


Q: What about returns? Will you send call tags for pickups?
A:
We will accept returns if we mis-ship or the product is defective, which is highly unusual. Please call our sales staff in charge of your account and complete a Return Authorization form for processing. Call tags are very costly. We prefer to give credits than sending out call tags. It depends on the circumstance.


Q: How do I get in touch with your sales or customer service staff who handles my account?
A:
Our sales staff are assigned specific sales territories or countries to handle. Just call the general number 301-277-3888 ext. 0 and ask the operator to direct your call. Or you can email us at sales@premierkites.com


Q: How do I request a catalog?
A:
If you are a current customer, your catalogs will be automatically mailed to you. If you are new, please fill out the Catalog Request form online for processing.


Q: I signed up to receive Premier e-mails. What happens to my information?
A:
As a retailer, once you are logged in to the shop area of the website, you can sign up for Premier e-mails. We will add you to our Premier electronic mailing list where you can hear about products, specials and new arrivals. Rest assured that we do not trade, rent or share your information with third parties. You can also opt out of Premier e-mails by following the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly.


Q: What are your payment terms?
A:
Once your credit application is approved, we offer net-10. net-30 or net-60 terms to customers, depending on their order volume and payment history.


Q: Do you offer discounts?
A
: We don’t always offer wholesaler discounts but we do have periodic promotions such as prebooking in the spring or fall, early buy for kites and emarketing promotions. Please sign up with us if you are interested. For current customers, please let us have your name, customer number and email address. For all new customers, please fill out the Catalog Request form and submit. Be sure to include your email.
