Q: How can I buy your products?
A: You can purchase directly from us online at As manufacturers, we also sell to retail stores and distributors. We encourage you to call or e-mail us for referrals or simply go to our WHERE TO BUY directory to find a local or online Premier dealers.

Q: How many different products do you offer?
A: At present, we have three distinct product lines, with over 3,500 different items for your selection:
1. Premier Kites - we offer the industry's best high-end stunt kites as well as entry-level kites, airtoys and yoyos.
2. Premier WindGarden - we offer the best garden spinners, glass decorative art, twisters, windsocks and feather banners.
3. Premier Accent Home & Garden - we offer the best dye sub printed flags with top stitching, bar none. Our Brilliance and appliqué selections are industry leaders.

Q: I need a part for one of my Premier products. Who should I contact?
A: Premier will do whatever we can to support our products. Please contact Customer Service at customercare [at] premierkites [dot] com or use this contact form for help. Include the item number, item name and description of what you need. We will do whatever we can to get your Premier kite or spinner working again.

Q: I signed up to receive Premier e-mails. What happens to my information?
A: As a consumer, you can sign up for Premier e-mails via our website. We will add you to our Premier electronic mailing list where you can hear about new product arrivals. Rest assured that we do not trade, rent or share your information with third parties. You can also opt out of Premier e-mails by following the "unsubscribe" instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly.

Q: I've lost my assembly instructions. How do I get a new set of instructions?
A: Assembly instructions can be found online. Search for your product and you will find a Assembly link instruction on the product page or click here to see a full list of our instructions. If you still cannot find the instructions you are looking for, please contact us at customercare [at] premierkites [dot] com or use this contact form.

Q: How long have you been in business and how do I contact you?

A: You should have at least an 800x600 monitor resolution if not greater, and preferably use Firefox 3.0 or I.E. 7.0 or above. We also recommend downloading Adobe Acrobat™ in order to view our PDFs of products, instructions and more. Q: What are your U.S. shipping charges for online orders?
A: For domestic orders (50 states, APO/FO addresses plus U.S. protectorates), shipping is based on your order total, after any discounts are applied. We ship Ground service via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS.
Orders from $0.01 - $6.49 are charged $1.99 shipping.
Orders from $6.50 - $29.99 are charged $5.99 shipping.
Orders from $30 - $49.99 are charged $7.99 shipping.
Orders from $50 - $74.99 are charged $9.99 shipping.
Orders from $75 - $124.99 are charged $12.99 shipping.
Orders $125 or more get free shipping!

All items must ship to the same address for the above shipping prices and the free shipping offer applies to U.S. shipments only. 

Q: Do you ship international orders?
A: Yes we do and you can now place international orders online at! We offer the ability to prepay taxes and duties and multiple shipping options (if available) via FedEx and UPS. Look for a flag in the upper right hand corner of every page on the website. Click on the flag and select your shipping country. Just make sure you select your shipping country BEFORE checkout. 

Q: Do you charge sales tax on online orders?
A: We charge sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio and Maryland. Sales tax is automatically calculated on the order total, after discounts and shipping/handling charges are applied.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order ships. Transit time varies by carrier, but you should receive your order within 5-10 business days of when your order was placed.

Q: How do I return my item?
A: Premier Kites & Designs wants customers to be 100% satisfied!

If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly to return or exchange the item. If you purchased your item from, please contact us at weborders [at] premierkites [dot] com or use this contact form and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange (subject to 15% re-stocking fee) within 30 days of your purchase date. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

We are unable to accept returns of flown kites or other used merchandise unless there is a proven defect relating to manufacturing and production. If you suspect a defect, please contact us before attempting to fix the issue. We are unable to assist/replace the product once the product has been altered.

Kite line may NOT be returned or exchanged once original packaging has been opened. ALL SALE, CLEARANCE AND REDUCED-PRICED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

All items MUST be in original, resalable condition with original packing materials. If returned merchandise is not in original new condition, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

A copy of receipt or proof of purchase is required for every return and/or exchange and all merchandise must be in original condition. You are responsible for all return shipping or postage charges.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at weborders [at] premierkites [dot] com or use this contact form for return assistance or specific returns questions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection, and actual amount of your refund in U.S. dollars. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: E-mail us at weborders [at] premierkites [dot] com or use this contact form immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Orders canceled after they have shipped will NOT be refunded the shipping charge. If your order received "free" shipping, or a discounted fixed rate shipping and you cancel the order AFTER the order shipped, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What if my package is returned back to you?
A: If your package is returned to us due to non-pickup, refused package, or otherwise returned to sender, the 2 way shipping charge we incur from FedEx, UPS or USPS will be deducted from your returned item amount prior to a refund being issued.
